Growing means moving forward, regardless of what comes next - What do I mean when I say that if you want to grow, your environment must, too? It's simple yet very difficult for many people. To LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS means constantly growing—constantly and never-ending. If you go through life with the FEEL method, you must grow continuously—day by day, week by week, month after month, year after year. FEEL means (F)find, (E)experience, (E)eliminate, and (L) let them go in relation to your limits. This is not a one-time step but a lifelong, never-ending process. You have expanded your comfort zone when you have found, experienced, eliminated, and let go of a limit. You can do more and dare to do more. But you are almost automatically faced with the next one. And the next one. And more and more. Your comfort zone keeps getting bigger, and you keep growing. Your personality, your character, your charisma. And this growth inevitably has a massive impact on your environment. You can't expect those around you to grow in the same way as you. You have neither a right nor a claim to it. On the other hand, those around you also have no right to expect you to remain as you are. This is undoubtedly where the problem with growing starts for many people. They find that the change they experience as a result of their growth is—consciously or unconsciously—rejected, not supported, or dismissed by those around them. This often affects all areas of their environment: family, friends, and acquaintances. This is precisely where the crossroads to LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS lies. Most people decide against themselves at this point—against their growth, against shaping their lives. Why? They fear being disliked and rejected. Many people are afraid to burn bridges and set off for new shores. And then, they row back to become compatible with their environment again. You can do that. But it's the perfect program for not living your life. Determined by others versus self-determined. People who remain in an environment they have outgrown are choosing the past. In the long term, this is also an excellent way to become depressed and to keep your life lived instead of living it yourself. Yes, to LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS means growing. And growing means moving forward, regardless of what comes next. But more importantly, growing requires you to surround yourself with people with the same mindset as you and who also want to grow. The sentence “Tell me who you go with, and I'll tell you who you are” is one of the most important sentences in life and is derived directly from the laws of life. Language is never accidental. The phrase “growing out of something” is no accident. It is the basis of growth. Growth and LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS also include being open and constantly reorienting yourself. Your environment MUST grow. You need people who can live at eye level with your constantly growing knowledge and experiences. That's why letting go is indispensable to growth and LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS. You must let go of old routines, false beliefs, and—perhaps most importantly—many things in your environment. Not harshly, not meanly, not unkindly. But if you realize that friends and acquaintances don't share your path, let them go. In all friendship and with love because maybe you will meet again one day? Only then can you set off for new shores and experience something new. And believe me, the new is always better than the old. I've left an incredible amount behind me — and I don't regret anything. Nothing at all. Quite the opposite — I am deeply happy and grateful to have been on this path for 40 years. I didn't realize it at the beginning; I did it instinctively. But looking back, I know that I have always lived this way. You can do it too! As soon as you do it, your life improves drastically. It is a new life and you will understand day by day better: The best is yet to come!
