You must be in a good mood to LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS. Your good mood is essential for your life, your way, and every step of it. That's why I'm posting things that help you become more positive, happy, relaxed, and confident.
You must be confident enough to walk Your Path to Yourself and LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS. Live your unique life without any limits because not all the limits in your life are absolute.
You decide what a limit is and what is not. And you can remove every day, every limit, every single limitation from your life.
It is a decision. Your decision.
And the decision starts with not listening to all the things from the outside that are told to you as important. Stop this noise. Stop this ongoing harassment of your being, of your life. Everything that you decide is not important is unimportant. And then you can walk Your Path to Yourself. My little book may help you walk this path.
Everybody can LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS. I've taught it to so many people over 40 years. Everybody can achieve this —every day, every minute, from morning to evening—all the time, without interruption.
The interruption is a decision called "Entscheidung" in my native language, German. “Ent” comes from "end". End -> Entscheidung, which I write intentionally ENDscheidung. End is the end, and "Scheidung" is parting one from the other. ENDscheidung / Entscheidung means you come to a point where you make this decision, going left, going right, going up, going down, and then you do it. Period.
To LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS means to use what I call the FEEL process daily.
(F)ind your limits.
(E)xperience your limits.
(E)rase your limits.
(L)eave your limits behind you or let them go off.
Leaving behind is a kind of surrender. Surrender to your past, to yourself. Decide to shut off all the noise that distracts you. Decide for your way. Nobody else can tell you how to walk Your Path to Yourself. Only you can tell this. And you can do it. You can do it with the FEEL process: find, experience, erase, and leave behind. And you can integrate the 15 steps of Your Path to Yourself into your life.
And then everything that is told you as necessary is completely unimportant because you understand what is real. You know what is essential. You understand what makes your life.
Mother Nature all around me is part of your life, too. Enjoy it. Enjoy it every day. Going into nature is just one of the 15 steps on Your Path to Yourself.
So, be in a good mood. If you're in a good mood, you can walk Your Path to Yourself daily. If you're in a good mood, you give much more to the world than if you're not.
It's a decision. You can decide at any moment. I'm in a good mood. Be in a good mood. That's my suggestion for today.
